    - pedophily: criminalization of reception and possession of images,
    pictures or scenes depicting pornography or explicit sex, involving
    children or adolescents (sub-18).  Other activities involving these
    images (selling, producing, etc) are already crimes.

The existing prohibitions are already unjust,
because most people start having sex before age 18.
It is an outrage to prohibit them from taking pictures
of themselves, or possessing those pictures.
(A teenager in the US has been prosecuted for sending
her boyfriend a nude photo she took of herself.)

However, the worst part of the bill is this:

    - surveillance: network service providers are mandated to retain logs
    about customers' connections, required to relay reports of suspected
    crimes committed by its customers to authorities, and to share logs
    with the authorities.

That is what we should focus on.
The government has no right to know everyone we talk to.
