If it's Free Software, it might be useful.  I can't tell how important
it is, since I don't know the program and I have no idea of how
widely-used it is.  If it's not Free Software, then it's not important
at all to localize it, and localizing it might be actually harmful.
Any efforts towards making non-Free Software more usable would be
better spent improving Free Software.
