Sé algo sobre el estado de las telecomunicaciones en Cuba. Y lo que he 
leído hasta ahora es terrible. No absolutamente. Hay países en América 
Latina, es aún más terrible.

En su texto, el aparato permanece en primer plano. Empresas, estado, 
partido. Pero con estas estructuras no hay desarrollo posible porque 
siempre se basa en las actividades de las personas.

Las telecomunicaciones nos dan la oportunidad de tener libre acceso al 
conocimiento de la humanidad en cualquier momento y lugar. Podemos 
siempre y en todas partes estudiar, entender las leyes de la naturaleza 
para aplicarlas. Y siempre podemos comunicarnos libremente, intercambiar 
nuestros conocimientos, nuestras ideas y experiencias.

El requisito previo para esto es nuestra independencia en la tecnología 
y que todas las personas pueden usar estos sistemas libremente. No 
aceptamos que una persona sea excluida por falta de dinero. Pero esa es 
la situación actual en Cuba.

Las telecomunicaciones deben entenderse siempre como un proyecto de la 
comunidad social y nunca deben ser objeto de explotación. Es por eso que 
tiene que ser organizado por el propio pueblo. Y lo pueden hacer si 
tienen el espacio para ello.

Estas visiones no existen en realidad en Cuba. Pero estoy seguro de que 
existen en la gente. En Cuba todo se fija en los centralismos. Pero las 
energías creativas son erradicadas. Y Cuba nunca alcanzará la 
independencia económica y por lo tanto no la independencia social y 
política.

Una sociedad orientada a las grandes visiones socialistas debe disolver 
siempre los aparatos de las estructuras feudales y capitalistas y 
concebirse como una comunidad del mismo tipo que sólo puede organizarse 
localmente. Sólo formas representativas reaccionarias o autocráticas y 
feudales organizan estructuras centralizadas.

En la tecnología lo vemos inmediatamente. Podemos ver los fundamentos 
filosóficos más profundos de los actores. Las perspectivas individuales 
y los sistemas de valores se hacen visibles.

I know something about the state of telecommunications in Cuba. And what 
I've read so far is terrible. Not absolutely. There are countries in 
Latin America, it is even more terrible.

In your text the apparatus stay in the foreground. Companies, state, 
party. But with these structures no development is possible because it 
is always based on the activities of the people.

Telecommunications gives us the opportunity to have free access to the 
knowledge of mankind at any time and place. We can always and everywhere 
study, to understand the laws of the nature to apply them. And we can 
always communicate freely, exchange our knowledge, our ideas and 
experiences.

The prerequisite for this is our independence in technology and that all 
people can use these systems freely. We do not accept that a person is 
excluded because of lack of money. But that is the situation in Cuba today.

Telecommunications must always be understood as a project of the social 
community and must never be an object of exploitation. This is why it 
has to be organized by the people themselves. And they can do it if they 
have the space for it.

These visions do not exist in reality in Cuba. But I am sure they exist 
in the people. In Cuba everything is fixed on centralisms. But the 
creative energies are eradicated. And Cuba will never achieve economic 
independence and therefore no social and political independence.

A society, oriented to the great socialist visions, must always dissolve 
the apparatuses of the feudal and capitalist structures and conceive of 
itself as a community of the same kind, which can only be organized 
locally. Only reactionary representative or autocratic and feudal ways 
of thinking organize centralized structures.

In the technology we see this immediately. We can see the deeper 
philosophical foundations of the actors. The individual perspectives and 
value systems become visible.
