Announcing linux-libre-firmware v1.5 Release

I'm pleased to announce the release of linux-libre-firmware version
1.5, which provides free firmware for use with GNU Linux-libre.

Version 1.5 provides updated versions of the carl9170, ath9k_htc, and
aica firmwares, along with refreshed versions of the supporting tools
as31 and cis-tools. You can download the source code and binaries from
https://jxself.org/firmware.
