New mirror proposal for Freesh repository

Dear Jason,

I am sorry the address in the previous message was wrong. The correct 
URL for the Freesh repository mirror is https://daltux.net/freesh/

My plan is to start by learning how to host and maintain the Freesh repo 
on my VPS. Once I gain more experience, I hope to seek institutional 
support to host a mirror (maybe the whole Linux-libre) at the university 
where I work in Brazil.

I'm grateful for the opportunity to contribute to such a fundamental 
project for free software.
