Dear GNU Linux-libre Mantainers,

I just subscribed to this list to share that, after struggling for a
while yesterday to update Linux-libre to 6.17.1 via the Freesh
repository, and noticing there seem to be only three mirrors available
at the moment I decided to set up my own mirror on a small VPS I
maintain in Germany. While the network is limited to 200Mbps by the
provider and there isn’t enough space to mirror all Linux-libre files
from other mirrors, I believe this directory can still be helpful. I’ve
configured it to sync at midnight and noon Brasilian time (UTC-3)
pulling from `rsync://rsync.cyberbits.eu/linux-libre/freesh/`.

Would you like to add this option to the Freesh repository’s official
mirror list? It’s available here:

https://meudominio.net/freesh

I’d greatly appreciate any recommendations you might have regarding the
mirror configuration, such as update frequency, source, etc. The script
invoked by cron is available at https://daltux.net/freesh-mirror.sh

Long live GNU and the free software movement!

Best regards,
Dalton
