i am reminded of the feature request for parabola to offer a kernel with the
linux-rustless patch-set applied - this will not be helpful directly because
you dont want to remove the rust, but the linux-rustless maintainer is likely
both a rust expert and a kernel expert, and if also a fan of libre, may be
willing to review linux-libre's new rust filters, if asked?
