freesh-archive-keyring_1.1 breaks apt update in Debian 12

Sorry; this is my fault for not remembering to switch the compression
back to xz. I make the packages on Trisquel 11. My understanding is
that Ubuntu switched to the default to zstd some years ago and Trisquel
inherited that. I understand that's not happened everywhere so I
continue to specify the usage of xz when making packages. The kernel
compiling and packaging process is mostly automated so I'd forgotten
about this. The freesh-archive-keyring is updated so rarely that I'd
not gotten around to scripting the process and did the update by hand,
not remembering to change it to xz. I've made an updated version 1.3
and pushed that into the repository, using this which should fix the
problem:

dpkg-deb -Zxz --root-owner-group --build freesh-archive-keyring
