In decreasing order of priority, I'd suggest/request people to
translate:

- the February newsletter

- the GPLv3 article, that should be published shortly after the
  release of GPLv3 draft 3, which should be out Real Soon Now

- the DRM article, that AFAIK at this point only needs a final
  revision (see the note about revision markup in the newsletter
  thread)

Other than that, RMS's speech is probably more important than Eben's,
but none of them have a deadline or even any urgency.
