server upgrade

Our primary server, linux-libre.fsfla.org, that holds our http, rsync
and git services, is now running Trisquel 9, upgraded from Trisquel 8.
The fsfla.org server, that runs the SVN repo and this mailing list, was
also upgraded.

Please let me know in case you find any regressions in these services.
