That's because Debian has 2.6.26; Freed-ebian releases Freed versions of
Debian kernels.

There's no Debian “standard .config” for 2.6.32 because there aren't
2.6.32 Debian builds.

You see 2.6.32.8 (-rc2) in Freed-ora because there are builds of that
pre-release in the upstream distro.
