2.6.27.12 and 2.6.28.2 - still inducing the use of non-Free Software

Since it should still take me a while to complete the transition to the
new implementation, in which all drivers that load non-Free firmware
will be disabled, I figured it wouldn't do us good to leave users of the
current kernels out in the cold while security updates are available.

So I went ahead and rolled out new source tarballs, still under the old
regime. Binary builds of 2.6.27.12 for freed-ora 9 and 10 should be
available soon as well.

Once the new implementation is ready, I'll issue -libre1 releases of
2.6.28, as well as of their latest patch releases at that time, for
starters. Then I'll probably get to 2.6.29 pre-releases and to 2.6.27,
and then go back to earlier Linux-libre releases as time permits.

I apologize for the delay in putting these out, and for the delay in
implementing the new features in Linux-libre. I hope you can tolerate
these releases in the mean time.
