Como o MCI celebra a adoção de padrões abertos em seu art. 4o, IV,
tomo a liberdade de divulgar a íntegra da sentença na ADI 3059,
publicada ontem (08/05), que havia suspendido a eficácia da lei de
adoção preferencial do software livre no RS e que foi revertida no
STF.
Decisão histórica para o software livre. São 52 laudas (páginas), mas
vale muito ler, especialmente quem é simpatizante da causa:
